Lauren is a recent Master of Social Work graduate from Johnson C. Smith University in Charlotte, NC. Lauren is passionate about servicing and advocating for marginalized groups, especially Black women, with issues relating to mental and maternal health disparities. Professionally, Lauren has over five years of experience as a service coordinator supporting families with children (birth to three) who have developmental disabilities and navigating services through Part C early intervention programs. Lauren is excited to begin her clinical social work journey with Agape Healing and Wellness Center and continue the work to integrate more into the perinatal social work industry.
